At Loney Miller we understand that leaving your home for a few weeks during the Tournament is a big deal and it is very important that your home is looked after by someone that you know and trust. We will manage this process for you to ensure your mind is at ease both in the run-up to and during the tournament. We make sure that we are prepared well in advance; obtaining all information that a prospective guest could possibly need during their stay.  We will ask you to give us a detailed tour of your home once we have found your guest to ensure all useful information is delivered to our guests on check in day. Naturally, we cannot guarantee that guests will not damage your home and we understand this may be a concern, therefore we recommend speaking to your home insurance provider to ensure you are covered for all eventualities.

Marketing price will be based on various factors, but important points to consider are:

  Style – minimal is better! Try to avoid excess furniture which can make a room feel cluttered. We recommend removing personal possessions where possible - it is good to create space and ensure that guests are not nervous about breaking sentimental items.

  Location – the closer you are to AELTC the better. We suggest all properties should be within a 25-minute walk of the tournament.

  Size – your price will depend on your home being a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5+ bed.

  Décor/specification – the higher the quality of your home (including your quality of furnishings), the higher the rent.
