I have over two decades in the estate agency business and have worked from Negotiator to Director level. I have put hard work, honesty and integrity at the forefront of my career which has afforded me a strong reputation. Having spent ten years creating and running businesses for others in Southfields I am delighted to join Maddie in delivering a truly independent, customer focused and all-encompassing estate agency offering.

I started my career in Holland Park and then moved to Richmond before joining Loney Miller in 2019. I have worked in the industry for over ten years in both Sales and Lettings. I know the importance of being responsive, communicative and efficient and also how important it is to see that the whole process goes through as smoothly as possible for clients. I pride myself on being focused, honest and trustworthy and I  enjoy working in Southfields as there is a real sense of community. I care about what I do and providing a good service is my number one priority.

I have always been incredibly interested in the property industry having grown up with my parents renovating properties. After studying Geography at Swansea University, I started my estate agency career in Oxford in Sales before moving to London for a new challenge. I like to be busy with no two days the same, so I decided to switch to Lettings as I was attracted by the fast-paced nature of the work and have enjoyed this side of the industry for the past eight years. I am hard working, enthusiastic and building a strong rapport with new clients is extremely important to me. I am very much looking forward to expanding the lettings department at Loney Miller.

After studying Real Estate management at Oxford Brookes, I knew that working in the property industry was the perfect fit for me. I have always been interested in property thanks to my father who was a property developer and I love the fact that no one day is the same. I started my career working in Shoreditch where I enjoyed building strong relationships with my clients both buyers and sellers and looking to meet and succeed their expectations. I am very excited to immerse myself now fully in the Southfields community and grow my career at Loney Miller.

I have always worked in a customer service focused environment, working in hospitality for 6 years and then starting my estate agency career in 2021 during the pandemic. Quickly, I realised exactly where I wanted my career to lead; I have a passion for property and combining this with my focus on customer satisfaction means that I love being a negotiator. I started working for Loney Miller in 2022 and really aligned with their strong morals and values. As I have always lived locally, it is a pleasure to help people find their dream homes in Southfields.

Having relocated from South Africa in 2002, I began my career in property in Richmond as a Sales administrator. Over the years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in property having supported both Sales and Lettings departments in areas such as Richmond, Kingston, Wimbledon and South Kensington. I am excited to be working in Southfields which has the best of both worlds in being close to lovely parks and Wimbledon tennis as well as easy access to central London.

I have worked in the property industry since 2014 in a number of corporate agencies, heading up teams in Tenancy Management and Property Management and more recently in Sales and Lettings in Wimbledon. I love everything that Southfields has to offer and am very excited to be working with the local community, having lived in Wimbledon and Coombe for the last few years.  I have expertise in dealing with all kinds of property and tenancy matters in addition to being a qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) so can offer sound advice to our tenants and landlords. With a background and degree in hospitality, I am passionate about customer service and strive to ensure that every interaction with Loney Miller is helpful and friendly.  When not in the office, I am a keen baker and love to go walking and running in Richmond Park.
