Meet our dedicated property manager, Rosie, who can offer her expert advice and service.

We are determined to differ from other management services and so our unique approach will ensure you are in safe hands. Unlike a lot of property managers that will rarely see your home, Rosie will meet you prior to the tenancy starting (if you are based locally) so you can run through any quirks or tips and tricks that we should be aware of, but also to simply put a face to the name so that you know who will be looking after your property. This will continue through to the start of the tenancy where Rosie will personally greet the tenants and communicate everything discussed to enable a smooth start, we then continue our hands-on approach throughout the tenancy.

The management fee is the only fee you pay for the management of your home; there are no hidden handling fees or supplier commissions – we seek out the best costs and pass these onto our clients. We will always try to self-diagnose an issue as a large majority of reported problems can be rectified without the need of a contractor visiting. Our contractors are locally sourced and thanks to our strong relationship, it means we achieve speedy and effective responses seven days a week, which further limits your costs by not allowing problems to fester. Our regular mid-term inspections allow us to report back to you on the quality and condition which ultimately enables us to maintain high standards.
