At Loney Miller we would like to make sure that your stay during the Wimbledon Tournament is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! As letting and managing agents 365 days of the year (or 366 days if we want to be pedantic for 2024), we understand the importance of strong communication, whether it is between our guests and owners, or with our contractors. We provide a thorough introduction to the property prior to your stay, as well as on the day you move in to help address any concerns you may have about the property.
Our homes vary in size, style, location, and layout, you just need to decide what works best for you. We use professional photos, floorplans, and video tours for all our homes. We can arrange in-person viewings or, a personal Facetime appointment to show you around in more detail. All our homes are fully furnished with the owners’ possessions and often they may choose to lock a particular room or two for the stay. Some owners may be flexible with this, so please do enquire on the listings if we have specified that they are open to discussion. The homes are available for 2-4 weeks, dependent on the owners’ preference.
Once you have chosen your property:
Loney Miller will arrange the agreement between yourselves and the owners
Upon signing the agreement, the security deposit and the total rent for your stay will be due. The home is only secured once the above two steps are complete.
Your stay:
Check in; we will greet you at the property on the day you arrive between 9am-5pm. You must give us an accurate check-in time to ensure availability to hand over keys.
Cleaning is available at £18+VAT per hour and a Laundry/Linen service is available at £25+VAT per hour. All cleaning/laundry costs to be borne by the guest and requirements must be agreed with Loney Miller in advance.
Check out; we will be on hand on check out day to collect the keys, so again, please ensure you give us an accurate time. Check out is between 9am-12pm.
Deposit return will follow your departure, once any deductions have been agreed between owner and guest.
